Purchases
All purchases are processed entirely by Gumroad, a third-party platform that handles checkout, payment, and file delivery. Your purchase is subject to Gumroad's own terms of service. If a product isn't the right fit, reach out to us via Gumroad messaging or at hello@freelanceopskit.com — refund requests are handled case by case.

The calculators and templates on this site (including the Grant Budget Narrative Builder) are provided for informational and drafting purposes only. They are not legal, tax, financial, or professional grant-writing advice. Figures and thresholds referenced (like equipment capitalization limits or indirect cost rates) are general guidance — always verify against your specific funder's current guidelines. Use of these tools is at your own discretion, and we're not responsible for decisions made based on their output.
AI disclosure
Our paid products (prompt packs, templates) are AI-assisted: written and edited with the help of AI tools, then organized into structured packages. The free Budget Narrative Builder does not use AI — its narrative text comes from fixed templates with fill-in-the-blank prompts, and every calculation happens in your browser.
Intellectual property
Content on this site and in our products is original and belongs to Freelance Ops Kit unless otherwise noted. If you purchase a template, you're welcome to use it for your own client and grant work. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our products or their content isn't allowed.
No warranty
This site and its free tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate, but can't guarantee it's error-free or current with every funder's requirements.
